Welcome to my website.

I am an Associate Professor of Applied Economics in the Department of Economics at Memorial University. I also hold affiliations as Vice President (Interim) of the Atlantic Canada Economics Association, Board Member of the Canadian Labour Economics Forum, and Research Fellow of the Retirement and Savings Institute at HEC Montréal. I am an empirical micro-economist with research interests in public, labour, and education economics. 

I received my B.A. from Brock University, M.A. from the University of British Columbia, and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.
