Welcome to my website.

I am an Associate Professor of Applied Economics in the Department of Economics at Memorial University. I also hold affiliations as Research Fellow of the Retirement and Savings Institute at HEC Montréal; Board Member of the Canadian Labour Economics Forum; and Board Member of the Atlantic Canada Economics Association. I am an empirical micro-economist with research interests in public, labour, behavioural and education economics. 

I received my B.A. from Brock University, M.A. from the University of British Columbia, and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.
